Bar Caracol a Paella & Tapas Pop-up every Monday in April

We're reviving one of our favorite pop-ups - Bar Caracol - every Monday in April. Paella is the star of the show, cooked traditionally in a large format, supported by a light menu of tapas - pulpo gallego, marinated manchego, tortilla español, boquerones, jamon serrano, etc. - and backed up with a special selection of sherry and classic Iberian drinks (kalimotxo anybody?) at the bar.

April 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th we'll be cooking two large paellas per service to serve 60 each, alongside a menu that rotates throughout the month. The first paella of the evening will be ready at 4:30, and the second at 6:00. We'll release the menu weekly via Instagram (follow us @hitchcockrestaurantgroup) so you can plan your arrival. Everything will be available for dine in or takeout; if this sun keeps up, the patio will be wide open.
